TweetSounds logical to me. You can't go too much farther than your genetics will allow. But, I'll bet you look "big" to the average Joe Schmo. IMHO, it all boils down to who you're comparing yourself to.
TweetI was thinkin about this, cuz its relevant to me unfortunatly.......
Could it be possible that one's bone structure or bone density is so small (like mine ) that even with high doses of drugs and on the spot dieting & training that its impossible to get "big"???
I mean my bones are probably the smallest u'll ever see on a guy, seriously, i've had people ask if I've broken my wrists from liften heavy weights, cuz it looks like my wrists couldn't support the bars or dumbells lol. I was thinkin about this, that with my bone structure, my body will not allow me to put on massive amounts of muscle, and support all that muscle, even with high doses of Juice.
I can see myself eventually getting to like a lean 230, but who knows how long it will take and how high of doses i will have to go to..... By no means am i in rush.
I just wanted to see what u guys thought of this theory. Another hard gainer/ectomorph theory u know.

TweetWhen I first started juice I weighed 160lbs. My bone structure was small. Maybe not as small as yours but I was small. Anyway, If you keep your cycles and diet in check then you will grow. Your bone structure will maybe grow with you or it wont. Remember when doing juice, your growing muscle which sits on top of the bones. Of coarse your genetics will only let you go so far.....but with the right cycles and hard heavy training you will see size.

TweetI do somewhat believe in this theory myself. And to take it further I also believe that without continued use of gear and hard training the muscle on a frame like this will disappear rapidly. As you said it is just not made to hold that much muscle.
TweetHere's what I think on this subject..... When bros say to me that they have poor genetics for growth, I think fair enough they're probably right.
But I remind them that there are some pretty damn big women bbers and strongwomen around. Big and strong and lean..... And female. You don't hear them complaining......
We all know it's true that some guys are just lucky, and grow with a lot less effort than others. And hardgainers really do exist! But that's life and IMHO any man can get big and strong and lean.
Tweetwell i used to think i had shit genes cuz when i started i was 6' 150 and had a hard time putting on weight, and have some thin bones... but i learned how to train and eat and after 2 years im at 255 now (after 1 cycle).
my upper arm bones are pathetic but ive got my arms up to 18.5 and still feel there's lots of room there, 20" is entirely possible... my forearms will never be big though..
TweetSmaller wrists and ankle bones, can be used to your advantage with proper exercises that will let your forearms and calves grow giving the mirror illusion that your bigger then you actually are.
Aragorn
Tweetdb what is your wrist, forearm and arm "??
TweetI also believe there is a limit. I know guys who have done 1 cycle and eat and train like shit (at least compared to me ) and are about my size or bigger. It's just not fair. I do believe anyone can get fairly big, but I honestly don't believe I could ever be a lean 230+. Maybe a lean 210 max, but I don't think I could hold it without drugs.
TweetWhat a bunch of limpwristed sissies!

People that gain easy don't just gain _muscle_ easy. Keep that in mind. Just look at it this way: You'll never have to work your ass off and have a perfect diet when you feel like cutting.
Tweetjdo2k1,
Not all of us hardgainers have ectomorph body types. I can cut to a low bf, but it gradually makes its way back. My body likes to be in the 14% range naturally.
