TweetB12 may increase your appetite but not like a good cycle of EQ does. B12 at 1000mcgs should help but it may not increase your hunger like you hope it to.
Try planning your meals and eat less but more often. I couldnt even think of eating a bulking AS diet while off. My body also doesnt want to get any heavier than #180 so eating for me has always been difficult and important.
