Tweetyour friend sounds like someone who works for 24 hour fitness. (they push that product HARD). I keep it simple. EAS simply whey with my post workout shake, metrx protein plus if i have something during the day and/or muscle milk.

TweetI've used EAS Simply whey for like 5 years. It was good stuff. I recently just switched to Pro Rated. I figure I'd give it a shot, especially because it's only $38 for 10 POUNDS!!!

TweetI use Pro Rated. There is a stor around here that sells it and matches internet prices so no shipping. Plus it tastes great+ mixes easy. Best value of any supplement IMO. You cant eat tuna that cheap.

Tweetdamn i just bought some pro rated. I was using optimum whey(wich is very good by the way) but didnt want to order and pay shipping. I went to costco to check out what they had and picked up chicken breasts real cheap and seen the pro rated whey. Figured what the hell it was 20 bucks for 6lbs. Its the chocolate flavor. If i mix it with milk its like chocolate milk. If i use water(almost never do) it tastes like hot chocolate. So since its not bad in water thats what im using to cut cals and its really not that bad. I dont know the quality of the whey as compaired to optimum so if anyone has info on that let us know..

Sorry iut took so long to get back but all I have had is vanella and chocolate. Choc. was the best to me.
