I'm training hard and eating as good as I can (it's much harder now with school, in the summer the eating was so easy but now it's hard to get eat the good stuff but I'm doing my best). My goal for next year is to bulk up to around 195 pounds and then I will lower my BF%. I'm probably going to compete over 2-2,5 years.
