Good Luck
TweetOk so i'm starting my 5th week on monday of a 12 weeker cycle and i'm running in some back problems.
the pain is just anoying. its not a pulled muscle, or bones or nutting, but feels like acid build up or lactic acid.
the pain starts around noon and ends when I go to sleep
the pain is in the middle of my back between the spine(on each side) the pain is tense, but when i lay on my back it releives the pain??
I think I should increase my water intake??
need help. please

TweetWhats your wt. if your in the growing stage of a cycle your bones will seperate a little, specially in your back and neck area.If you havent already you should be feeling the same thing in your chest area by your sternum.what your experiencing is most likely growth.
Work through it...
He who dares wins
