I did my 4th shot in my first cycle. The shots are 2 cc's each Test/EQ. Especially when I shot in the quads I cannot walk the next day. If I step normal on my heel I get a huge pain. I need to figure something out because I can't keep telling people in the office I screwed up my knee on alternating sides for the next 12 wks. What should I do? Is it b/c of the 2 cc's my first time. Should I split it up into two shots of 1 cc on each side. Or would this cripple me on both sides. Or should I order b12? I just don't want to add to my injection if I don't have to, but I've read good things about it. Or what I really hope - is this supposed to get better in the next couple of weeks.

I don't mind the normal soreness. Its just the not being able to walk the day after. Limping around like I do, people at the office are really gonna wonder what the hell is up with me.

I LIKE shooting more often....so I'd split the shots into 4 per week and add b-12 if you absolutely can't stand the pain.....

It'll get better after time...make sure you're injecting slowly and massage the injection site for a few minutes after you shoot.

I'm surprised that EQ is hurting you - I'll usually add the EQ to my enant and it kills the pain entirely.....I'm running profina right now with some winny and adding b-12 to each shot everyday kills the pain entirely

      Hope this helps

EQ and B-12 worked miracles when I was on T-400.

From what I've been reading I was hoping EQ would ease the pain also, but it hasn't. I have done the glutes, they still hurt but don't affect my walking ability. I started a fina cycle once, it hurt but didn't cripple me like this. Maybe its the full 2 cc's worth in my basically virgin muscles. I think I'll try splitting the injections up. Should I just do two 1 cc injections in the same day say one on each side. Or should I split it up into 1 cc spread out four different times during the week? What do you think?

2 cc shouldn't be causing the pain your talking about. I shoot 5cc a day in 1 site .....B12 will help .....
