Tweeti use a 20lb pad bar they use in step class at the gym but a broom stick or anything long enough to go arm to arm is fine even a med ball
TweetNever, when I train abs they respond quickly so I get a pouched out stomach, even when I don't train them form months and then one day for heck of it decide to, always have plenty of strength and stamina, of course do lots of cardio though.
