Tweetno on the andro poppers. musclemilk is simply a protein supplement. no anabolic affect to it. muscletech products (nitro-cell) is a protein supplement and creatine transport respectively however you will find out, are priced ridiculously and marketed as something its really not. No, its no 700% better than other protein and creatine supplement (or whatever MT advertises them as). You need to put all this enthusiasm for adding mass onto training hard and eating even harder. Protein supplementation is fine. Find a more cost efficient option however. Same goes for creatine.

Tweetalright, but when and what should i eat?
ive h eard your suppose to eat a lot of meels a day instead of 3 big ones....
i get up at 8 and get to school at 9 so i leave about 8:45...
im at school till 3;30 then i do offseason baseball from 3:35-5:00..
i eat lunch at school around 12;00
with this schedule when should i workout/eat? im free from 5-12...12 is when i go to sleep
Tweetit is hard to eat 6-7 meals a day when you are in school all day. E Peanut butter and jelly (natural pb of course) will pack the weight on. Just eat whenever you get a chance, and maybe drink a couple of meal replacement shakes between classes.
Tweetya a good food schedule for a young guy in school is:
big breakfast
big lunch
big meal after school
big dinner
big meal before bed,
and try to get a shake in at school, before bed, and post workout of course
eat PROTEIN and complex carbs, your favourite meal should be meat and rice/potatoes.
supplements: protein powder, LOTS
sleep: LOTS
Tweetyou sound like you need a lot of help with your training, look for something basic like the 5X5 routine.
TweetIt should be easy for you to eat a protein bar in between classes or slam an MRP drink. Also if you a hard gainer and being that your metabolism is in high gear at your age, dont worry so much about fat just get as many cals in as you can. I used to love the lunch room meals. A couple salsbery steak meals and a couple milks along with a protein supplements and hard core mass training will make you grow.
Also if you aren't doing HEAVY deadlifts, squats and bench start and dont forget to get alot of rest. Take advantage of your age and naturally elevated test levels, think of it as being on a natural cycle.
good luck
