Hey all... I've been in ketosis for two days now but had some rice and egg rolls today. i'm bustin myself in the ass for having that stuff but man, it was good! Anyway, how does something like that affect ketosis? I weight train again tonight and it's gonna be an extra kick in the ass type training session. I'll also do some cardio afterwards to burn the carbs.

Can ya help me out here? What do you do to stay away from the carbs?
