Tweetyea do the ref-b with the qv. Run the ref-b at 25mg ed. That will be about half the bottle. Beware though that stuff tastes like total shit so mix it with some kind of fruit dirink. I love ref-b as it works well for me and its fuggin cheap as hell cause no one wants it. Just watch out for the aftertaste with it...
