LOL I was like hmmm is someone making fun of me......
Anyway can you get gains off lower doses after having done higher doses? I believe you can as long as you haven't fully hit your genetic potential and as long as your diet and training is good. Alot of it depends on your diet, training and rest too not just the drugs. At 400mg/week for 20 weeks you should definately see some gains in a moderate sense over the long run which I actually prefer instead of bloating up 20 pounds in 5 weeks and then coming off in another few weeks and losing alot of it. It all depends though. If you don't have above average genetics you may need more. I believe far too many people use that as an excuse though and that they really haven't learned how to train or eat right but their are still those that really do have poor genetics. For building muscle and juice receptor-wise. Having said that, I believe the body can maintain gains better if you do the drugs more moderately over a longer period of time because it allows you to get used to the drugs and the added weight and strength gains. Just my 2 cents.

It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......
