TweetHow are you breaking your hand? Please tell the rest of us so that we don't do the same thing!
TweetJust as a start to get into the gym and start to workout again after a broken hand a year ago....I break it again!
Broke it at the same location as a year ago, as well as, the bone next to it that goes to the ring finger. 4th and 5th Metacarpel or something like that. So, now I'm out of training once again....

I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.
Tweetthat sucks i hate it for ya
Tweetanger would be the most broad answer for that. But the first time a stud in a wall broke it, this time it was the internals of a car door that broke it. Shortly after breaking it I still went after an individual who was on foot.
I'm one of those guys thats always appreciative and nice, but once is enough I don't handle the situations very well.
I have had anger managment classes mentioned to me about 30 times in the past week. At the request of my parents I may actually look into it to help please and relive them. I just don't see it doing anything to help me.
TweetI'm curious about this anger management classes. Does it work? Well, I can't seem to find one around here even if I would want to join one. I have this temper problem that i needed to resolve fast.
Tweetthank you....
I have some mental healing and some mental blocks I need to address along with my gimp right hand.

TweetI was currently training in both BJJ and MT. Now, I'm out of that as well. The problem occured at a bar after a few drinks and a gym wasn't in mind nor close at the moment.
TweetJust see a psychologist, more than likely it's more than just getting too mad, you probably have something to resolve. Certainly there's no shame in that though! I just went to my last session (at least for a while) and I feel like a new person! I had anger management issues along with a host of others, but life is pretty darn good lately!
