Okay guys My bf is currently on a bulk cycle and is planning his next cycle. Right now he is taking:
      350 mg sust every week
      300mg deca every week
6 dbols a day for first 4 weeks.

His stats currently are 195lbs 5'11 and approx 15%bf but has never had it tested.

      His diet is as follows:
meal 16:30am 8 egg whites 2 yolks 60g oatmeal and 2 cups skim milk.
meal 2 9:30am 2 6oz chicken breasts 1 cup of rice 1 piece of fruit.
      meal 3 12:30am repeated same as 9:30
meal 4 3:30 ham sandwich whole wheat bread
      4:00-5:30pm training at gym
meal 5 6:00pm immediately after workout protein shake consisting of 680 caleries. 50g protein 90g carbs.
meal 6 8:00pm 2 salmon fillets 50g protein 1 cup rice 1/2 cup green veggies.
meal 7 before bed 30g oatmeal 2 cups skim milk.
Oh and he drink approx. 6L of water a day.

For his next cycle he is thinking of a cutting cycle consisting of:
EQ, TEST PROP, WINSTROL, NOVADEX AS AN ANTI E, AND CLOMID AFTERCARE.

My question for you guys is what dosage should he run and for how long. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

eq is gonna be effective but it needs to be run for 15-20 weeks imo.

id run test a 700 or 1cc ed for the duration
eq at 400-600 per week for the duration
winny at 50mg ed for 4 weeks

jenny, does he plan on keeping his calories the same as the diet posted above ? what does his training and cardio look like ?

He trains 5 day a week.
      Monday-Chest abs
      Tuesday-back/forearms
      wednesday-off
      Thursday-bi's tri's
      Friday-quads/hams
      saturday-shoulders/calves
      Sunday-off

I will have to ask him his exact routine of how many reps/sets cause I'm not to sure exactly.

good split. thanks , i wasnt very clear with my question, i guess a better way to state it is how much cardio and at what intensity level does he plan on to accelerate his fat loss ? i would recommend 3-4 days a week of moderate cardio , not running , or anything real exertive , just enough to keep his heart rate up for say 45 minutes. if he does this before his workout his heart rate will stay elevated and he will be burning fat during his weight training as well.

I know he doesn't do enough cardio. He does about 10-15min before every workout. I got a q for you guys I heard it is best to do cardio after a weight training routine not before, something about if you do it before you could actually break down your muscles when you go to lift. Is this True? Has anybody heard of this theory? I read in a fitness mag a while back.

it is true in the sense that you could burn away all your muscle glucose and then your workout would breakdown your muscles for energy. that is why a pre workout shake is so important.
doing cardio before a workout will be fine for him and cutting it works great for me, as long as you feed your muscles before and keep the emphasis on LOW intensity.

at 195 pounds his calories to maintain that weight per day are 2925 or so. to lose weight and preserve as much muscle as possible he should do this. the calories stated are for no exercise, as long as he trains with a moderate intensity and does cardio with a low intensity he will lose weight. to insure he loses mostly fat he will keep his protein high and his fat low and his carbs clean complex carbs. to accelrate this loss cut the daily calories below 2925 and keep the meals spread out and keep the diet clean. make sure he rests fully 2 days a week and keeps his water intake up to aide the process.
