For the Clen; it depends on the brand and your reaction. It can take anywhere from 50mcg's to 200+mcg's. 140mcg's is a good target, but step your way up to make sure. One dose when you first wake up and then around lunch. Clen does make some people hungry (it makes me hungry, combined with T3 I get insane carb cravings). Take the clen for 2 weeks then switch to ECA or NYC for 2 weeks.
