      Gold's Gym Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding is pretty unbiased and packed full of info.

      I have heard "Sliced" is great for competing and competition dieting

      I learned a lot from EAS' "Sport Supplement Review"

      Also, "Power Eating" and Ex. Physiology Text books.
