      Well I'm on ECA (once a again). Cramps are heavier than usual. Maybe because I'm under more mental stress than usual, I don't know really.

      I'm drinking about 5-6 liters of water per day and about a liter of milk. I'm taking 2g of potassium and a g of magnesium, divided into two doses, both taken a couple of hours away from calcium. I also take some Valerian and some St John's Wort.

      Cramps are the heaviest during workout's.

      I need some additional help to get them under control, since I'm gonna start clen in 3 weeks.

      What helped fina related cramps for me was 1000 mg Taurine a day. That stuff was like magic. Try picking up some of that at GNC or other place and take 500 mg twice a day.

      bannanas=potassium yes.

      bro if your cramping and still drinking all that id sat go to a doc and stay the hell away from anything new until you fix it. try upping your water more if your urine isnt clear . if it has any yellow color at all your dehydrated. if you drink alot of sodas or are taking alot of eca or have an active job etc you could still need more water.

      High doses of either vitamin C or some of the B vitamins (riboflavin) will cause your urine to be yellow.
