TweetHOW ABOUT 20 MINUTES 3 TIMES A WEEK WHILE BULKING.AND WHEN YOU START CUTTING 40 MIN 4-5 TIMES A WEEK.
TweetWell I get mixed reviews on this issue so I figured I would come to the pros. While running a bulking cycle 750 test enan + 300 deca EW, should I also do cardio 40 mins a day 4 days a week? Should cardio be avoided during a bulking cycle?

TweetDo HIIT cardio while bulking to include cardio.
TweetI think that burning extra calories and cutting into your recuperation during a bulk cycle is nothing but counterproductive.
Tweetcardio is good for your heart so i allways do some maby cut back to 3 30min sessions a week maby4
TweetAgreed, I think cardio is important to do all year round. 4x a week in the early morning is what i usually do when I'm bulking. Sometimes I'll throw in some sprints once football season starts rolling around to get my 40 time down before we whip out the backyard football games!
TweetI have been eating like a horse while on my fina cycle and I do cardio 3 times a week for 30min. I don't feel it is hindering my bulking but helping me keep off some of the extra fat that would be there.
TweetCutting or bulking. If your buliking, the cardio is going to boost the metabolism so you can eat more than what you normally could

TweetI have wondered this myself. I was doing cardio for awhile, but when I saw my weight gain to continue to slow down, I stopped it and my weight has being going up steadily now. I am sure there is some fat in there, but I feel that it is easier to cut down than to gain because I don't like eating.
TweetThat is more of a metabolism question. If you are a hard gainer then your cardio needs to be at a minimum to gain weight. If slow then more cardio. An anerobic workout does get your heart rate up and is strengthening your cv system as long as your rest between sets is not too long.
