possible gyno?

TweetI am currently trying to lose all of my BF in order to see if I have gyno under one nipple. It's not hard, never had soreness that I can remember, but it is puffy and I am starting to feel that it may be gyno that I received post cycle from a cycle I ran about a year ago. Anything I can do if it is gyno with it being a year later? I have plenty of nolva since I am on a cycle now. If the puffy nips are still there after I cut down some is there anything I can do or is lipo the only thing for it?

Tweetexemestane would be best to get rid of the water. many people reduce the size of thier gyno by running nolvadex along with either ldex, letro, or exemestane. exemestane is the most powerful and wont hurt your lipid profile like ldex and letro will.

also using letro reduces blood serum levels of nolvadex by over 1/2. so if running letro, 20mg of nolva will act like 10mg, so you need to double your nolva dose.

its possible to recude the size of the gyno while on cycle, but best results will be had off cycle. on cycle your still going to make some estrogen, and you want to not give your gyno any contact w/ estro if you hope to reduce the size of it. so a combo of exemestane and nolva will be ideal.
