      what are your opinions on how long a cycle should go for ??

      I was talking to a friend about it and saying how i starting a 12 w/k cycle, and he sweared black and blue that there is no point going past 6w/ks. I dont agree what he was saying is true so hear i am asking what yous think??

      I'd say a basic first cycle would be 10 weeks. From there you might want to start adding a some weeks. Alot depends on what your taking as well.

      bass is right OF COURSE ..im on a 24 weeker now and make gains everyweek still either by size or strength or both..im in week 11 now..

      I liked doing 10 week cycles but now that im off this one i wish i couldve stayed a little bit longer. I hate being off cycle.
