      i got a lot so im this is my cycle:

      weeks 1-3 250/wk 10mg nolvadex/day
      weeks 4-10 500/wk 10-20mg nolvadex/day

      the thing is that i've been using for the last 2 ******* and i havent made that dramatic change in size. Right now i'm in my 6th week of shots and have only gained 5 lbs.
      What should i do?

      also i heard that redijects are under dosed?

      could this be why i'm not showing much change this time?

      500mg/wk is not a lot - 250mg/week definitely is not!

      Is this your first cycle? Are you stacking anything with the sust?

      ive used enanthate 2 yrs ago. THen used deca 300 & enanthate last summer. This time i only have sust so im using that alone.

      I was really underweight when i first started and now im avg.

      6 ft -- 160 lbs

      thats why im not sure how much to use cause im not huge.

      your body will adapt to that fairly quick you will have to do more, try upping it to 750 to 1000mgs a week for a while and add some deca 2 - 300 a week with some anabols you will grow !!!

      Quality Sustanon I love those things! Where is the steak knife that came with it? What is it a 21g pin? I have never heard of a Redi-Ject being faked. It would cost just too much money to produce a fake.

      One question how old are you and how long have you been training?

      many factors go into growing bro not just juice. are you training heavy and training hard? you need to consume at least 1.5 gm of protein per lb of body weight 160 lbs =240 grams of protein per day and about 3500 calories per day as well. Sleep is also a key component 7 hours minimum a night for optimal growth. these factors are more important than what juice your taking so make sure they are not slowing your progress.
