i did try it myself 2 times - using 5mg/ed of B5 to help with the acne (for a month and a half each time) and i didn't see any/good results.. my skin would get bit dryer, but as soon as i'd be off it it would go back to the previous state.... but then again there is lots of ppl out there that swear it helps...
