      I know that gh secretion increases during sleep. but when does it actually occurs? on the first hour? two?.... can one make up for lost sleep? ie say you sleep 6 hours tonight you make it up by sleeping 10 hrs
      tomorrow also, can one sleep late say at 2AM as long as he gets 8 hours or more of sleep?

      Just get as much sleep as you can. Don't worry about it so much and youll be better off.
