TweetI would stay AWAY from clomid. I have a fairly good complection but when I'm on clomid I am much more prone to acne. My back is bad (compared to normal). A lot of little pimples all over, big one here and there. It really sucks in the summer. Tanning helps. I dropped the clomid and started nolvadex and the acne started to go away in about 2-3 days.
