I have heard of many different opinions on this so let me know what your's are.
I've had several people tell me that when they are running a basic test/d-bol, or eq/d-bol...etc, that they only run their d-bol on training days. (for instance: Mon-Fri ON and Sat-Sun OFF)While others say that they just cut the dose in half on their off days. What do you do, and why?...Thanks
