      is shit right now i binged over the july 4th weekend and havent been able to get back on track. i have gained 5 pounds and brothers it aint muscle, DAMN you little debbie! DAMN you to HELL! i need a kick in the ass to get back with the game i have 8 weeks left and want to get into single digit BF. i stalled at 10%. i guess i lost the momentum and my strict diet. i am eating high gi carbs and drinking beer. tell me what a stupid ass i am being and tell me if i dont get straight all of you will find me and beat my ass.

      Since you from TX too bro, Im gonna find u man and make u stay on a strict diet, hehehehehe JK bro. Yeah Im like that too, I could be on a high calorie diet or low calorie and I still fuck up. I have huge craving for doughnuts, things like that, even beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer, so I say fuck it, its just once in a while and then it turns into a habit. I say fuck it, Imnot gonna compete anytime soon so I'll have whatever, but i sure do want a six pack again on my stomach.
