Theres no need to tell your doctor, many people have gyno without ever using steroids. Friend of mine did it and started working out three days later lightly no chest for about two weeks, then began his usual routine.

After my surgery the doctor told me not to workout for 3 weeks. After that it was no problem.
Everything I say is my opinion and should not be listened to by anyone.

Try bumping it up to 80mg's, if al else fails tell your Doc you have had it for years. And you were alwyas to embarrased to mention it before. If you have Health insurance they may pay for it if you say you have had it since puberty. It's worth a shot and may save you a few grand. Good Luck
