Hey guys just wanted to check with you all before I start. Starting at Weight 200 BF10% height 5"11 want to keep the same weight but drop the BF down to 5% I was going to do a cutting cycle.
wk 1-12 Prop 50mg EOD
wk 1-12 EQ 400mg a wk
wk 4-12 100mg Winny EOD
T3 and Clen like this:

then off for three wk but during that time hit an ECA then repeat the above T3 and clen
Plus I'm going to try Dinoprost-Gel with the Lipo-Solv.
I plan on applying both of them in the morning then do a 30min of cardio then apply both of them again in the afternoon before I lift.
What do you think? Should I bump the EQ up to 600mg a wk? I'm just not sure if at that amount how well I can control the cravings? Your thoughts please.
