I know the traps need work, as well as my upper chest. I hit them both pretty hard, my traps don't grow and I can't get the separation between my upper chest still though. I'll get there, eventually. Oh, my legs need work too, but you can't see that.
TweetHow old are you Blackjack? When I was younger, my traps were also slow, someone suggested doing wrestling bridges. They seriously helped.
