  • Need cycle for hard gainer!

    I am starting to think I am a hard gainer and was trying to figure out what to use on my next cycle. I have done 4 other cycles and had my best gaines from the test/deca cycles I am 6' 185#. I would like to run some type of oral with my next cycle also.
    Any suggestions?

      My cycles have been 1st cycle was Sten only(no gains) and 2nd and 3rd was 500per week for 10 weeks of Test Enanathat and 300 per week of Deca. (gained 35# from both cycles)
      My 4th cycle was QV 750 per week. ran 4 10ml bottles with zero gains.
      My diet is whatever I have in the fridge on that day. And i train hard I work each body part to failure each week!

        750mg test wk
        600mg deca wk
        1-4
        30mg dbol ed
        i always run something at the end so id do this but
        you dont really have to
        6-12
        75mg fina ed

        but i really think you should pay a lot more attention to your diet
        it doesnt sound like your very serious about it. diet is key you can do all the AS in mexico but if you diets phucked up your cycle will be too. good luck

          Take some Dbol and Test man. Just up the test dose and the dbol to 50mgs. Thats what I did and gained 20 pounds.

            I have allot of friends who don't eat as much as I do and also eat nothing but sonic and McDonalds and have great gains. I usually almost every morning have a Sausage egg and cheese biscuit or I eat hashbrown, egg, sausage, biscuit and pancakes. For lunch usually a double cheeseburger and fries or something like that. And for dinner usually go Mexican or have a steak and potato and usually have a snack before bead time. I also usually drink a weightgainer shake a couple times a day. If thats not enough to gain on than I am in trouble!

                not trying to be a dick but your diet really sucks,
                i also have time gaining wieght but i find a way
                to eat 4-5000 clean calories a day, i think with that diet
                most of the wieght that you gain wouldnt
                be the kind of wieght you would be happy to see

                bro i would seriously look at the diet and make some changes
                in it

                      If you could see what I look like you wouldnt say my diet sucks. I am about as cut as you can get. I have a six pack that most only dream about. I have been skinny most of my life and I have tried to eat clean and it does nothing besides make me lose weight!
                      What do you suggest I eat? breakfast:chickenbreast and rice. Lunch:chicken breast and rice. Dinner: Chicken breast and rice. Snack before bed:Chicken breast and rice

                        lol yea looks about right.
                        bro seriously i have the same problem.
                        i know its hard to eat a lot of calories while still eating clean
                        but i really think that you will notice a difference in your body composition if you start to eat a little bit better. of course you sound like you can cheat a meal a day but come on not every meal.
                        i seriously think if you ate a little cleaner youd be happier with the results you saw.

                          When you not eating. Suck down peanuts as much as you can. Plenty of protein and cals. Good luck with the diet. I know how hard it is bro. 2years ago I was 165 to 170 and Now I am 205. You sound like you are pretty young. It will come.

                            My bro is 130lbs of pure ecto! I know its hard but my opinion is to realy exagerate on food consumption. If you go to McD's
                            skip the fryes and get 2 Big mack EAT EAT EAT!!! My bro has realy improved in weight since I told him to eat like a mad man:2gunsfiri :2gunsfiri :2gunsfiri

                              Nope, not me on Intense Training. So there is an imposter out there hey? I do eat like a madman. I eat so much I make myself sick. So thats why i feel that I am a hard gainer. I dont eat Mcd's much it is usually whataburger get more for your money there! What do people eat if they work and are limited on time? Like I said I have a couple of friends who eat nothing but hamburger helper and McD's and would give some Pro body builders a run for their money!
