I just went on a trip to Europe for the past month, and 2 of the foods I really took a real liking to was cherries and watermelon. They were both in abundance there. I had really not eaten much of either if any here at home. But they are fruit so I was thinking of continuing to eat them regularly, but how healthy are they for ya? any thoughts?

full of high gi sugar...i avoid fruit while cutting.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Watermelon is ok but cherries contain a lot of sugar.
I avoid them mostly, just have a taste once a year when they are picking them over here.
I love strawberries though, lower in sugar and cals.
