TweetI read an article saying to write "return to sender" on it and sit on it for a couple days. I believe it was over at Elite Fitness.
TweetI've got a personal box at Mail Boxes etc. (now The UPS Store). When I go to pick up any shipments, what concerns should I have? If I was going to get busted, would they bust me there or at my house later on? The package doesn't have my name, just my box #. Besides cleaning house before it gets here, what can I do to give me better chances if I am busted?

TweetI realize they will bust me either way. I would like to give myself ANY type of legal advantage that I can. My main question is, should I wait a few days before picking it up so that cops won't be sitting right there? I mean, I know they'll just go to my house, but I can write "return to sender" and leave it sitting around. Any comments or suggestions?
Tweetyour legal advantage is if you are busted not to say a word. make bail hire an attorney let them think for you legally. i think its more risky to have gear sent to a mail box than your house. i get stuff all the time just another package raises no suspision.
TweetWell I live with 2 other guys and I the package doesn't have my name on it
TweetAlso, what is the average time a package is in customs before it leaves?
Tweetdo not write return to sender--rick collins posted on elite how this sometimes can work against you very badly

Tweetthanks
TweetI think it would be very hard to prosecutor a cases like this. If you had a good attorney you would probably walk. The prosecutor would need some kind of paper trail indicating intent.
TweetIt's ok I'm good. Package in hand Still makes me nervous as hell though.
TweetGood to hear. Thats always a releif when I have the gear in my hands.
