TweetSure you can use them for most spots - bi's, tri's, delts, etc ... but I prefer 1 inch. 5/8 leaves a lump cause you dont get very deep.

Tweet5/8 is very small , atleast 1 inch , the longer the needle , the better the shots , and u dont get the lumps , lumps really suck !
