Tweetlay off it for a few weeks....watch it closely though
TweetI have been doing delt injections now for about 4 weeks with Test Enanthate using a 1” 25G pin and injecting 1ml per delt for a total of 2mls {500mg}. But, my right delt has a considerable lump whereas the left one does not? Laying the palm of mine hand over it can JUST cover the lump. When I flex, it is very obvious that the right delt stands up about 1” taller than the left. There is no pain at the injection site, any redness, or heat. There is the usual soreness for about 2-3 days afterwards but nothing else. The left delt appears normal and both feel exactly the same.
My friend told me that I might should lay off delts for a week or two but if there is no danger of an abscess or other injury, I would just as soon continue on as I use my left and right quads for injections also AND the idea is to grow, correct? The lump does not appear to be getting any larger now but the right delt is considerably larger.
Any ideas…suggestions?
Thanks,
Farrar

Tweettoo much jerkin' off with your right hand, switch to your left ....j/k bro. if you got a lump you might want to hit quads and glutes for a couple weeks and let that lump heal up.could turn infectious if you keep agitating it
TweetThanks...I'll lay off for a few weeks. Is there anything wrong with doing two injections {1ml Test and 1.5ml deca} in the same quad as long as I separate the injection sites by 3-4 inches? Then, I can do my 3rd injection {QV Equipose, 2ml} by itself in the opposite quad. I am limited in my injection experience in that I have only ever done quads and delts. The only pins on hand are 1" 25g and 1" 23g.
Thanks Guys!

Tweetyou can do as much as 2.5-3.0 cc's in a quad, I've done it before with no problems, just make sure you rub afterwards. I use 1" 23g for all of my shots.
Tweetsame here,i've put 2.5 cc's in quad many times without a prob.if your fairly lean you could hit glutes with a one inch if you burry it,glutes are painless and will take 2 or 3 cc's no problem
Tweet2.5 to 3 cc in a quad or glute is fine, no problem
defintely lay off the delts, a lump in general is not good
you really can shoot anywhere you have muscle, all over the quad and glute, calf's, one of my favorite cause it's physically easier for me, biceps etc.
some muscle sites are a little more sensitive than others due to high concentration of nerves, other than that, there really is no difference, IM is IM, muscle is muscle
TweetThanks for the all the help. I have considered my calves since they are probably my best developed muscle. It's always the 1st thing anyone notices in the gym but it just seems as though it might be quite sensitive. I have a total of 5.5 mls to inject so I guess I'll put 1ml of Test in the good delt, my 2mls of Equipose in my right quad, and both the 1.5mls of Deca and the other 1ml injection of Test in the left quad in 2 separate injections about 3-4 inches apart.
My training partner {230lbs-6' 0" tall@ 7%BF} did pecs today for the 1st time. He said it hurt the entire time he was injecting. He does just about every muscle BUT quads, i.e. traps, delts, pecs, biceps, and triceps. He has 18.5 inch arms and seems to favor triceps. He's also likes traps but his traps goes up to his ears, seems like I guess that makes it easier.
Thanks for the advice,
Farrar
