      Default Booker T

was in my gym last night. I went later than usual and he was there. He isn't very big, just really cut. He was working back. He did lat pull downs alternating overhand and underhand close grip probably at least 8-9 sets.

Then he did machine rows probably 8-9 sets at least, then he stretched, did some kicks and jumped around like a boxer on his toes.

      who is booker t?
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Not sure, but I think he is the WWE wrestling champion. I don't watch wrestling, but I know who some people are.

I spoke to Booker T for a short moment once up at MTI, a performance car shp off of Westhiemer. I remember him being pretty damn tall though.

That would put you somewhere on the opposite end of town from me. I'm up by the Jersey Village area in NW Houston.

Hey, when it rains, I'm by the coast.

I looked up Booker T, it says he's only 6'3", I'm 6'2" and he appeared taller than that when I saw him in person. oh well.

Yeah he is only 6'3. I'm 6'1 and pretty much looked eye to eye with him.
