Post Genius "Body Opus" Book?

For those of you, who are familiar with Body Opus, realize that Dan Duchaine was a man leaps ahead of his time. I personally didn’t learn about dieting until I discovered his book and until this day, I still go back and refer to many of its teachings. I have achieved incredible results without a doubt.

My question now is; what’s next? Who is the new scholar in our present day? I would like to know from you guys about the next book that was written that may equal the intelligence and credibility of Body Opus.

Go ahead. Enlighten me please. Tell me what the next book I should read and please explain why!

I must say that there are alot of internet gurus that have made great strides in the bodybuilding game; Ulter, Fonz, Macro, Warlobo, E2, Manny78, and Huckleberry Fin are just a few names that come to mind.

Tweetgreat book....really breaks nutrition down to a science....as far as nutrition goes though , i feel everyone must figure out the best diet for themselves- with good research and trying different tactics and seeing how it effects you....long story short you have to learn your body...I dont think my cutting phase could've been better this time around

basskiller... If you've meant that Body Opus is the book you bought, I am quite sure that you'll grow extremely fond of Mr. Duchaine and then you'll find yourself trying to gather everything the man had written before he passed away. Please let me know how you like it!

I used to read what Ulter, and Macro wrote on elite. Soon after, they have lost all their credibility when they would delete any post I wrote inquiring about Lipoderm as they tried hard to market Yohimburn since they made financial cuts on it. Since then, I never thought they're worth my time since their knowledge is apparently based on pushing specific products that will make money for them....
