      I have 5mL of Bold QV left with 50 tabs of 25mg winstrol (pic in picture forum) a bottle of xenadrine and about 100 tabs of Stacker 2. I am now taking 300 mgs of equipoise with 2000mgs of L-carnitine and green tea with it in the morning (the drink). I am hoping some of you more experienced guys will be able to put something together for me, for the end of my cycle.

      I have dropped from 245 to 223 in 5 weeks and went from 22.4% to 19% bodyfat and hope to get anoither 4 to 5 weeks more on these supplies to drop as much weight and body fat as possible.

      I am doing 5 sessions of HIIT cardio in the early AM with 1000mgs of l-carnitine with green tea right before cardio session.

      My diet is doing really good, I had some help with it in the other forum and am following it good.

      bigboy,

      Try not to over think this and create some inner struggle where you think you are not doing enough to achieve your goal.

      You have lost 20lbs in 5 weeks, 80% of America is now jealous of you, lol.

      Your plan is working and your hard work is paying off.

      The rest of your goal will come through staying consistent with what you are doing.

      Another 4-5 more weeks will be gone in no time.

      Just hit your marks everday and you will be golden.

      Thanks for bumping me Boss, and thanks trip for the encouragement. I know 20 lbs is good in 5 weeks I have been working my ass off to get that off and want to keep going as you stated. But with what i have lefdt how would you plan that out for the last 5-6 weeks to get the most out of what i have.

      Also do you think I could hurt myself if i am taking 100mgs of l-carnitine with green tea prior to AM HIIT session with 2-3 caps of xenadrine or stacker 2. I don't want to be laying out on the track dying. Let me know waht you think

      You are doing every thing right, there really is not much more you can do unless you manipulate other drug usage, which is not part of what you stated you want to do.

      Don't know ingredients of stacker-2, so can't give a specific opinion.

      When I do that stuff I always drink a cup of coffee or two, ie, similar to the green tea and took one or two.

      Your body gets used to the jittery effects and adapts and calms down, the l-carnitine unless it makes you feel jittery should be okay too.

      Realize folks who have problems with this stuff are out of shape, and have either high blood pressure, bad heart or some pre-existing condition that they did not know about.

      It seems your young in good shape, work out hard, if you continue to do this stuff and feel better that's the right signs.

      Also, do you spread out your ECA, like morning lunch and early noon.

      That keeps the motor humming longer.
