Maybe, depending on how you react to it...... its good in a fat loss stack, ie. ALCAR. You may have osme trouble sleeping with the dose before bed as well.

I wouldn't waste money on it. The difference you may, or may not, see by adding that product would be so minute that it may not justify the expense. JMO.

ALCAR is part of the Anarchy Stack everyone is raving about.... its probably the best natural fat loss 'system' out there right now, though not the cheapest, its pretty failproof given your diet is reasonable, heres an extensive thread on it for those interested:

Yeap. Taking it before sleep sure do have some effects. I couldn't sleep and I've stop taken it before bed but I still do continue taking it before my workout. I think it works for me.

I have been taking a gram of L-Carnitine before AM cardio and before bed but I drink green tea extract with it in the morning and tons of water at night with it about two hours before I go to bed, when my stomach pretty much empty. It is well worth the expense for me in my mind. I think I am losing more fatty weight than before event hough I have only been taking for like 12 days. If you don't like it when you get a bottle take it back to GNC when you have a few tabs left.
