TweetWhen you guys inject in your quads, do you hit the top part of your leg more or the side of the quad more. I've been hitting the top and I haven't felt shit. I mean NOTHING! I'm wondering if everything is ok. My legs are pretty lean so I know my 1" needle is going through. I don't know, maybe I'm just lucky.

TweetBeen there buddy. Spot injections only shows injecting in the outer part of the quad. But after talking to a bunch of people on the board, one can inject anywhere in the quad.
TweetI hit the outer, side mostly. Never really tried the top. I remember once reading to NOT hit the top because there are too many nerves there.

But you can actually hit anywhere on the thigh except for the inside of the thigh, you have a very large vein that runs along that area that pumps alot of blood to your heart. So accidentely injecting oil in it is pretty easy sinch it's a very thick vein, and even if you nick it, the bleeding would be bad and blood would pump out pretty fast.
Never inject in inner thigh.

Tweeti mostly do it on the top part of the muscle. Im not talking 12 oclock its more like 2-3 oclock position. Yea no pain at all in that area. If i goo too far down or too much to the side it tends to hurt.
