im doing test enthanate 500mg/wk/10wks.

what makes you fat is the high estrogen factor(that also leads to gyno), no cardio and a bad diet...I wouldn't worry much, if you want to play it safe, add some thermogenics while on

Tweetbro i tell u from experience, i became a fat ass right after my first cycle .. why:? because i started at 15% bf already and ate 5-6k calories , i gained about 35lbs but at least 10-15lbs of FAT... at that time i was goin crazy for size , so i wouldnt say i regret doin that, now im dieting and im back down to 14.3% bf and gona work my way down to 8-9%, but the point is if u wana take things safe i would SLOWLY increase ur calories while bulkin, i am also plannin to do my cardio year around no matter if im bulkin/cuttin, i just change the intensity ... as gunter says cardio has many more advantages than just burning fat and keepin u lean...
also i would take ledx on top that should help alot in keepin u lean since estrogen build up can make u fat too... and bottom line is do all these things and then just worry about gaining, if u put 2-4% bf its fine thats how its done...
TweetEven with AAS, to gain muscle, you ahve to be in a calorie surplus. You will gain some fat. Thats why i advocate eating clean while bulking. Time the glycemic index of your foods around your workout and time of the day, eat high qualtiy protein, and good fats, and bulking can be doen without looking like Lee Priest. I have gained and kept 17 solid pounds before, while putting on only and extra 4 maybe 5 lbs of fat. So i had a 20 something total gain, but over 75% of it was lean mass.

TweetIts hard for a afirst timer learning all this stuff. I am at 4000 cals a day and have gained some fat. I can't tell how much is fat/water. I have not been taking ldex or doing cardio. Cardio will start next week 3x a week.
I basiclly eat clean, except for extra lean beef 3-4 times a week.
I am getting big too though. I figure I would rather end up a little fat than to cheat my self out of a pound or 2 of muscle from not eating enough.

you should of been doing cardio from week 1..add some thermos to your diet...like ECA or Xenadrine..
TweetI don't mean big as in fat, I mean big as in more muscles. I have read several places that say don't do cardio while on a cycle. And I also posted a post about the thermos while on a cycle and people said no.
