i suggest 400mg a week (some will tell you to frontload w/ 600mg week one) for @ least 10 weeks- i think twelve is the way to go..........if you're getting QV bold (good stuff IMO) you will need 3 10ml bottles enuf for 12 weeks even w/ the frontload....Do the math ....you can run the winny side by side w/ EQ @ 50mg injects ED or EOD....i think EOD is plenty

with both of those you will get some good lean mass, just keep the diet, training and rest in check and you will be fine
