What other drugs will affect cyclobenzaprine?
• Do not take cyclobenzaprine if you have taken a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) such as isocarboxazid (Marplan), phenelzine (Nardil), or tranylcypromine (Parnate) in the last 14 days. Dangerous side effects could result.
• Many drugs can increase drowsiness associated with cyclobenzaprine:

· phenothiazines such as chlorpromazine (Thorazine), fluphe****ne (Prolixin), thioridazine (Mellaril), and prochlorperazine (Compazine); and
· tranquilizers and sedatives such as phenobarbital (Solfoton, Luminal), amobarbital (Amytal), secobarbital (Seconal), alprazolam (Xanax), diazepam (Valium), lorazepam (Ativan), flurazepam (Prosom), and temazepam (Restoril).
• Do not take any of the drugs listed above without the approval of your doctor.
• Many other drugs contain acetaminophen, especially over-the-counter pain, fever, cold, and allergy medications.
• Drugs other than those listed here may also interact with acetaminophen and hydrocodone. Talk to your doctor and pharmacist before taking any prescription or over-the-counter medicines.

TweetALA and Milk Thistle for your liver. Around 1000mg ED or more of each. I would also give your back more time than 2 days to heal. It may feel better but you don't want to re-agrivate an existing condition.

TweetThe big issue with the vicodin is the acetaminophen. That is the drug that can cause liver toxicity. What strength ov Vicodin and how much are you taking daily?
