Okay bros here goes. I'm 28yrs old have 3 kids (not looking to have anymore, thining of getting snipped soon). I am in the middle of my second cycle and i am wondering if it is really worth it to come off. Unlike most people who are worried about causing damage to their possiblity of having kids or hair loss(which i have had none of) or even so called roid rage. I have never had any problems with these. i am finally getting to a point where i like the way i am looking and now that i will lose some of what i have gained when i stop this cycle. So why stop? I mean will i continue to see gains if i change up my cycle every 8-12 weeks, and keep a clean diet just as well as if i stopped for 2-3 months and started back up. I am just trying to weigh my options and see what will work best. Any opinions and if someone has some research that they can through out would be much appreciated. Thanks Bro's.

What up Plucks. I can relate to your question. You can stay on year round and a lot of pros do. Typically when you are "off" you'll be running 400-500mg of test p/wk only. When you want to grow again, you add some different gear and up your test to 1000mg p/wk. Some people may want to argue this but I've been doing that for 17 years and it works for me. You will find your own "recipe's" and also find what amounts work for you. I've got 3 kids myself. Get the bod you want, good luck! Also get your bloodwork done about twice p/year just to confirm you are as healthy as you feel.

Personally, I'd come off between cycles. When on, your body is not at it's "normal" levels of just about anything. BP gets higher, heart rate, liver values, etc. Not to mention that your receptors get saturated...even if you do switch up your cycles so the AS is not as effective. Why not take a 10-12 week break between cycles? It's cheaper too!

      Just my opinion.

I also beleive in this !! I know people who have been in the game for the past twenty years and this is what they preach. Only if I look half a good as they do in twenty years I'll be one happy camper.
