      When cutting up, and keeping a strict diet, what time should you have your last meal by? I work out and get home around 7:30 so I usually get my last meal in by 8. Do some of you have a protein shake before you go to bed as well? Thanks bros.

      I eat my last meal whenever I'm hungry. I try to stay up one hour after I eat the last meal though. I usually try to eat lean protien and some good fat, no carbs. -crombie09

      When dieting or bulking, I pound a shake and sometimes solid food also right before I hit the sack. Lots of carbs when bulking, no carbs when dieting.

      I m on a keto diet so Yes I include a Protein Shake with Flax/borage or olive oil but right before that lately I have been drinking Tbsp of Phylum husks for fiber. That stuff solidifies like tar once it enters your stomach so my reasoning for this is to slow the digestion rate of the shake even longer so I have more protein circulating and healing why I am sleeping

      I like eating a solid meal at night, due to slower absortion of the food. I will eat something like cup of cottage cheese with egg whites before bed while cutting, and on bulking, everything and anything in site lol

      I may eat pretty late at times but i wont have carbs after 7 if i am done working out already.

      On keto here trying to cut. As late as 10:30pm I'll have some sugar-free Jello with chocolate whipped cream. Sometimes I'll have some cheese with the jello....

      Alright, I think it needs to be rephrased, how long before you go to bed do you eat your last meal? Everyone does not go to bed a the same time. I go to bed around 1:00 everynight, whereas someone else may go to bed around 10:00. If I eat my last meal at 10:00 its a lot different than some one who eats thier last meal at 10:00 but then goes to bed at 10:00. -crombie09

      Thanks for clearing that up crombie, that's what I meant. How late do you have your last meal in reference to your bed time. I know you kiddies can't stay up past your curfew. LOL

      Close to an hour before i go to bed, mainly a protein shake. Solid foods close to 3-4 hours before bed.
      Its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog...

      I eat anytime I'm hungry. I'll have at least 6 egg whites before going to bed, but the carb intake stops three hours prior to bed. Or if I can't gauge it, no carbs after 8 pm.

      I work nights Mon,Tue,Wed. days Thurs, Fri. So my training and scheduled is hard to keep but I get a protein shake an hour before bed. That turns out to be around 3hrs after my workout on Tue.

      right before bed, i drink a shake consisting of 25g of whey, 1/2 cup skim milk, and 1/2 cup of egg beaters.
      I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
      I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
