  • Help with cycles supps?

    Just a few questions about supps I'm taking with my cycle. I researched and couldn't find the answers I was looking for.

    I am doing 100mg prop and 75 mg tren ed.

    I was kinda getting paranoid about hurting my liver even though I'm already taking r-ala daily. I just went to whole foods and picked up some milk thistle. I also got some ginger root to help aid in absorbtion.

    This is what I'm taking now:

    Multi vitamin
    r-ala 600-800mg daily depnding on carbs
    1g vit c
    10g b5 (pantothenic acid)
    800 ius of vit e

    I bought this fresh freeze dried milk thistle by Eclectic Institute, says its organic. 600mg per capsule.

    The ginger root is whole foods brand and 250mg per capsule.

    Question#1 do the supps I'm taking now look correct?
    Question #2 How much of this milk thistle should I take daily and when?
    Question#3 How much ginger root should I take in daily and when?

    take in the recommened dosage, you dont want to put too much supps in your system becasue it will just make your liver stress that much more. you might want to get some cranberry capsules to help your urinary tract stay healthy. i take the same shit as you + cran berry caps and god damn am i healthy.

      Hey bro what up? I was actually asking about the milk thistle b/c it says on the bottle that they are 600mg per capsule and to take 3 capsules twice a day! Whats that........3600mg of milf thistle daily. Isn't that to much?

      Also about the ginger root, I was told to take it to aid in absorbtion, what meals would I take this with and how many 250mg capsules at a time?

      I'll just take my GF's cran caps, she gets bladder infections every once in a while and has a ton of those. -crombie09

        ginger root helps you body absorb protien more effiecently, therfore you can take in more protien and waste less. so i would take the recommended dosage with 3 meals a day (assuming they are high protien meals)...
        as far as the milk thisle goes i take 3 with breakfast lucnh and dinner, i dont know how many mgs mine are off the top of my head.
