TweetMy understanding was that creatine can become toxic after it expires. I read that somewhere but I don’t remember where.
Over time it will pull moisture out of the air and begin to clump up a lot so if you didn’t know the expiration date you should make sure it’s not too clumped up.
Bottom line is if in doubt…chuck it out.
