TweetThanks for the compliments! I'm pretty happy with my back, shoulders and forearms. Need to work on bi's and tri's (can't get them to grow) especially, losing lower ab fat, chest (although I think the pics don't show my chest very well), and of course legs!

TweetAs for stats, 5'9.5", 195 lbs, about to turn 31yo. I've been lifting hard for a little over 2 years (started at 285 w/ ~50% body fat) after not lifting consistently for 7 years. Had my body fat tested at 13.6% before the pics (my calipers are showing 11-12%).
