Tweetdamn bro glad your ok watch yourself
TweetHere is a funny story you might enjoy -
I have been trying the German Volume Training program in conjunction with my 1-test/4-AD.
I had such an intense workout Monday that by Tuesday, I was having trouble breathing. I eventually ended up going to the Doctors because the doctors thought I might have had a heart condition - No heart condition, just a chest that was so sore that it was actually affecting my ability to breath!
That was a good workout!

Ive had that problem bro that I thought to myself, shit after all the roids Ive taken I thought something was wrong with my heart. I was freaking out, that days later I realized it was just soreness. But it freaks you out.
TweetWhenever I have chest pain I always sit down, clear my head, and poke around a little to make sure that its a sore muscle and not some other kind of evil doer in there f'ing me up.
TweetPost your routine bro That sounds like a killer workout!Originally posted by Jorta

TweetJust the German Volume Training that I've seen people post here. I just changed one part of it - I try to make every set to failure, or at least every other one. This means starting with heavier weights and moving down to slightly lighter ones. I also really try to accenutate the negative on each rep.
So for that particular workout I did 10x10 incline, 3x10 flat bench, and 3x10 pullovers along with some flies. Seems to be working, but I'm only going one more week with it as it is really draining.
Tweetdid this about two years ago...damn near killed me to. Haven't done it since. Great workouts though.
TweetJorta you did 10 sets with 10 reps on incline?????

TweetI have been, yes. During my last competition, I identified my weakest areas as being my upper chest and shoulders. So instead of doing lots of dumbell presses as I had been, I just hammer the incline presses and go easy on the flat bench. So far seems to be working, the upper chest is definitly responding, but I won't know how well until I diet down again.Originally posted by wrstlr69sdnl
