my son had a 104 fever today
Tweeti took him straight to the doc. she had to do blood work and put an ice pack on his neck. little guy is a trooper i was very worried until 30 minutes ago because menegitis (sp?) came up at the docs office. doc called home and said he just has a bad viral infection. his white blood cell count was very high which the doc says means his body recognizes the virus as a threat and is sending out the troops to deal with it and everything is working right. he is miserable we can only get his fever down to 101 with tylenol and ibuprofen and he wont eat anything and only drinks when we make him. she said if it spikes again to take him to the ER. her seems a little better as long as we keep his fever down. all of you who are parents will understand how i feel. its much harder watching your child suffer than anything i can think of.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. Tweetjust got back from the gym went after the boy went to bed. he was sleeping on my side of the bed drooling and snoring. i had to wake him to give him some medicine. he said thanks for takin care of me dad. choked me up. if he only knew there isnt a thing in this world i wouldnt do for him. his fever is down to 100 now i hope this stuff runs its course real quick. he was supposed to go see my folks for a week on friday. he will be pissed if he is still sick and cant go. just seems weird gettin sick this time of year. thanks for the concern.
