Tweetits the protein in the milk.. suppose to be one of the bests.. i believe that it is mostly IGF-1 (correct me if i am wrong) i was reading, that the breast milk has everything you need and is powerful because that is the only thing you are taking in when you are a little baby and is powerful. that is what i got out of a book on it. please correct me if i am wrong and explain more in detail if anyone knows.

Tweetwhat you get in the supplement market is bovine colostrum 99.99% of the time. i dont know if it is benificial to people though.

Tweetnever tried fresh stuff(but i asked a pregnant chick for a taste but was denied) but i tried the bovine pill form...did'nt do jack except give me gas..in fact almost everything legal is bullshit except perhaps glutamine,ephedrine, and protein...well some trebulis products have given me a kick too....
