    also 400mg of eq wk. i am cutting but i am down from 200# to 182# i can actually see the top of my abs! INCREDIBLE. but i am loosing strength like crazy. i have lost almost an inch on my arms althought they look great. this is my first cutter is this just the way it goes? i was hoping to gain some mass but maybe its not meant to be. bf is damn close to 10% now. yeah i know i am a skinny bastard no need to tease me. LOL

    hey bro we are doing close to the same cycle...same thing happened to me and I already was at 12ish% when I started now my abs are almost etched in stone!! my weight stayed the same but my waist went down 1" to 30" and my arms are most vascular/cut...although for some reason I think I have a lil estro water retention so I am going to start some liquidex soon

      cool i have the mid thirties bulge around my stomach that is going to be hard to get rid of its the only fat on my body.arms look bigger even though they are barely over 15" down from 16" and my forearms look so cool with those big blood rails running through. my waist is down to 31" from 33" and my back looks real broad as well as my shoulders. i wish i ate cleaner on my bulker so i wouldnt have to work so hard now. it is certainly easieer to put fat on than take it off.

          same here. Dropped from 217 to 193 in 3 weeks. 24 lbs. A lot of it was water and other nutrient stores from inside my muscles, but damn I feel a LOT smaller. No worries though, when you go off the diet and go back to maintenance or slightly over you should fill out pretty quick and look ripped AND big

            probably not big but ripped for sure. i am keto so i know some of the weight is muscle glycogen. that brings up another thread i need to start.....

                it's a combination of a keto diet and not getting enough calories ... i'm guessing you're not consuming the amount of fat you need, so the body is breaking down some muscle ...
